Visiting a new church can sometimes be a little scary, right? So here’s a short description of what you can expect in a Sunday morning service at Bethel.
We believe that our weekly gathering is for the purpose of worshiping God and encouraging each other, so our Sunday worship service is all about Him and His people! We read the Bible and pray several times in our service. We sing songs that express our praise and thanks to God for who He is and what He has done for us. Our music is blended, meaning we sing old songs and new songs. We have a praise team and song leader that help lead us in worship, and we sometimes have special music too.
There is a time for us to greet each other warmly and meet new people and also an offering time for us to give back to God as an act of worship. Our pastor will preach from the Bible to instruct and encourage us in our faith. We also celebrate the Lord's Supper monthly.
We love children and have a special children's message for them in the service. We also believe parents are the primary disciple-makers in the lives of their children, so we provide family devotion resources to help dads and moms disciple their children at home.
Our Sunday morning service typically lasts around 90 minutes. You are welcome as you are, and we would love to meet you this coming Sunday!
